Question: I'm writing to learn about M.S. degree for Electrical Engineering in the US. I would like know how long is the program? Is there a dissertation or is it just exams?
Generally most master's programs entail about
two years worth of graduate study and entail a thesis instead of a dissertation,
but many substitute a comprehensive exam for the thesis (it varies by program).
