Work Through Your Own Baggage to Write a Good Letter of Recommendation

Writing a letter of recommendation is all about the applicant, right? Yes. But not always. If you're writing a letter of recommendation on behalf of student you might find that your own issues come into play. Your own baggage may make it tough to break through the inertia of writer's block and begin writing that letter of recommendation. Let go of the baggage.
