What to Ask During an Academic Job Interview

Most graduate students and recent graduates who are interested in careers in academic know that the academic job market is tough. If you're lucky enough to get an interview, prepare, prepare, prepare with these resources. Also remember that an important part of preparation is for you to consider what you're looking for in a position and ask questions to determine if that faculty position is for you. Just because the market is tight does not mean that it's ok to choose a job that doesn't fit your capacities, goals, and needs.
