Dissertating with Style

A recent article in Science Careers provides suggestions on how to plan and carry out the dissertation. It seems more appropriate to students in the sciences (e.g., one section discusses transforming a series of articles into dissertation chapters, common among graduate students in the sciences but an anomaly among students in other fields). Regardless of your field every graduate student can take something away from this article. Also see this article on avoiding procrastination to finish the dissertation.
