Get an Internship

Wednesday August 29, 2007
If you're planning on applying to graduate school, you need experiences that will make you stand out from the crowd. Internships are applied experiences that will get you noticed. Think it's too late to get an internship for this year? No way! As Alison Doyle of About Job Searching explains, if you want an internship for this semester, you must visit your college's Career Services or Internship Programs office as soon as you get back on campus or check out their online resources if you still have some time before classes start. Get more of Alison's tips on how to find an internship.

This Internship Manual from Muhlenberg College is essential reading as it explains your timeline for finding an internship, how to make the most of it, and what to do if things go wrong.
