Dealing with Stress

Stress and graduate school go hand in hand. Actually, stress goes hand in hand with academic life, period! Today I've gathered some resources to help you cope. First, understand how to manage stress and change. Next, try meditation to ease away tension and feel centered. Take time to laugh a little (or a lot!). Squeeze some exercise into your busy schedule. Finally, check out these all around great resources to help you learn how to cope. Breathe deep - and remember that although the stresses and strains seem very important and threatening right now, but in the big picture, it's not so bad -- all will be well again.
