Critical Skill for Grad Students: Learn How to Relax

We spend so much time thinking about productivity -- trying to get more done in less time, that we forget to take time for ourselves. This isn't unique to grad students -- professors do this too! Just recently I've made a concerted effort to take time off -- and I've found that I return to work refreshed -- more productive and more efficient.
