What Can I Expect?

I'm thinking about going to grad school to be a counselor. I was wondering how much harder is grad school than undergrad? Does every school make you write a thesis or dissertation? How much writing do they make you do in grad school-length of papers? How much harder is the subject material? Are there fewer tests with more chapters? Discuss
